How does it work?

CONSULTANTS

As a consultant, you are part of a team of 4-6 consultants assigned to a semester or year-long project. Your specific role will depend on the needs of the client, project specifics, and your team’s skill set. Our projects cover a wide variety of industries, including marketing strategy, operational efficiency, social impact tracking, and more, so be prepared for anything! We will always put you in a position to succeed, so long as you are willing to adapt and be passionate about your work.

As a part of a global organization, we have a sophisticated organizational structure with a wide range of roles. From president to the treasurer to PR director, there are a number of leadership positions available for our student consultants

DISCOVERY CONSULTING PROGRAM

Our Discovery Consulting Program (DCP) allows freshman and sophomore students the opportunity to get exposure to consulting through this exploratory track. As a member of the DCP, you will have the opportunity to attend professional skill development workshops, sit in on project team meetings, receive mentorship from an established consultant, and complete a meaningful project over the course of your semester in the program.

If there is a mutual fit, you will then have the opportunity to move up to a consultant role the following semester; where you will participate in team engagements and gain access to networking opportunities at higher-level consulting workshops led by Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and PwC. This is an excellent route for those who want to first see what a consultant role entails before making the full commitment to the organization.
