CLIENT ACQUISITION & PROJECT CYCLE PROCESS

  1. Fill out our application form or contact out Client Director (information at the bottom of this page).

  2. Attend an introductory meeting with our Client Director and/or President to discuss how we can align our services with your business problems/needs.

  3. If both parties agree to work together, we will develop a project brief that outlines our focus areas for the consulting cycle.

  4. Our consultants will research, develop ideas, and deliver materials over a 12-week project timeline.

  5. All final deliverables will be compiled into a final report that will be presented and handed off at the end of the project cycle.
